Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar is on the receiving end after a video showing a dust storm destroying his concert stage has surfaced online. The actor was supposed to perform at Indore but his concert got ruined after a heavy dust storm damaged the venue. A video showing the stage lights and trees falling down due to the storm has gone viral on social media with netizens having a field day. Many people joked that nature saved them from Akhtar’s torture!

In the video shared on a paparazzo’s Instagram account, the venue of the concert could be seen severely damaged by a dust storm. Reacting to it, one user commented, “Nature saved the ppl from Farhan Akhtar’s torture.” Another said, “  Allah ka azzab aaya ramazan ke mahine mein yeh sab karne se.” One of the nasty trolls poked fun at the actor, writing, “Iska bhi concert hota hai mtlb kon hai wo jo is phate hua baas ki tarah awaaz ke concert mein jaate hai.”  One netizen joked, “Agr esi aandhi me bhi concert kr rhe ho to zinda ho tum ( thodi der k liye).”


The Dear Zindagi actor was scheduled to perform at a college fest in Indore. Earlier in February, the actor had cancelled his gigs in Australia and Melbourne due to unforeseen circumstances. Farhan also released a statement that read, “To my fans in Australia, due to unforeseen circumstances, our band FarhanLive, has had to call off our Australia Tour. We will not be able to travel to Sydney and Melbourne this coming weekend.”
His last live concert was at the Vh1 Supersonic Festival in Pune.

Farhan was recently spotted with his girlfriend Shibani Dandekar at the star-studded launch of The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).
